You’re 48 hours from the calculator you keep asking IT for

The one your prospect opens on the call and fills in with their own numbers — even if your last side project is still sitting in a folder.

[ $8/month · free trial · 30-day money back ]

You’ve been asking for a year. It’s still in the queue. I got tired of that and started building the tools myself.

There are two of us doing this now. This page is so you know who you’re learning from before you pay anyone anything.

Why I built this

I design things for a living. Products, machines, autonomous robots. Master’s in Industrial Design Engineering.

Then I moved into AI and automation. I’ve consulted for larger companies including Europcar and Grundfos.

Every one of them had the same pattern. Someone smart owns a spreadsheet that runs a real part of the business. It gets emailed around and nobody’s certain which copy is current.

They already know what the tool should be. They’ve known for a year. It’s just sitting in a queue.

So I started building those tools directly instead. Browser only. No backend, no ticket, no kickoff meeting.

People used them. That’s the only test that has ever mattered to me.

the part most people leave out

Most people who join a community like this never ship anything. They read, they lurk, they mean to start on Monday. I’ve watched it happen plenty of times.

So here’s the honest version. Your first build is about an hour of actual work, and you have to open the editor yourself.

If nobody expects anything from you in week one, you won’t do it. That’s the entire reason the weekly call and the daily QA thread exist. They’re not perks. They’re the part that makes the hour happen.

the actual point

The tool you need is 48 hours away. It has been the whole time.

what_i_can_prove

sec 02 / 08

What I can prove

the tuesday, and then the wednesday

Picture the week where you already have it.

Tuesday, nine at night. You build the thing on your own laptop. It takes about an hour, because level 1 is one file in a browser.

Wednesday, on the call, you paste one link. Your prospect opens it and starts typing their own numbers in — their volumes, their rates, their site.

Then they stop asking what it costs and start asking what happens if they double the volume.

That’s the difference. You didn’t email a PDF after the call. You watched them use it during the call.

Not in sales? Same shape. The tool shows up in front of the person who’s been waiting on it, and it has their numbers in it.

That’s a hypothetical, and I’m not going to dress it up as a case study. I don’t audit anyone’s books, so I can’t promise you the deal and I won’t pretend otherwise.

Here’s what I can prove instead. Nine working apps you can open in a new tab before you trust me on anything.

Three were built by members using the same templates you get on day one. Six are demos running on this site right now.

[ 3 member apps live · jointmix planner · rentwatch · paint calculator ]

[ 6 demo microapps · self-hosted on this site ]

[ 48 of 50 google reviews are verified 5-star ]

[ ~1 hour to a level-1 build · 48 hours to a shared link ]

three of the 48, verbatim

This team is immensely helpful. … Hans and team are invaluable.
derek hefley · verified 5-star google review
Hans has been a great help to me - I certainly recommend him. 5 stars from Me :)
dave strand · verified 5-star google review
Great stuff, really good concepts, explanation is improvable, but it's a complex topic, and Hans is regularly answering questions in his community, so still 5 stars!
falk wellendorf · verified 5-star google review

The reviews tell you I’m reachable and I don’t disappear. That’s it. They don’t tell you your tool will make money.

The apps tell you the method produces working software that people actually use. That’s the claim I’ll defend.

Whether it pays off for you depends on which tool you pick, and you know your own numbers better than I do. Pick the one that touches a deal.

I’ve been building AI and automation systems since 2022. Workflows that replace manual processes — content pipelines, data processing, reporting.

That matters to you in one specific way. The templates still work after you ship them, so you’re not babysitting a hack in front of a customer.

Who this is for

Sales engineers

you need a custom calculator or demo per deal — before the call, not after it

Engineers

you can already build it. you’re just done with the ticket queue and the six-month sprint

Founders & operators

the spreadsheet is the bottleneck, and hiring a developer for it makes no sense

not for you if

  • You want it done for you. I teach you to build it — I don’t build it for you.
  • You want an enterprise platform with an SSO rollout plan. Start browser-only, or start somewhere else.
  • You want to watch course videos. This only works if you ship something in week one.
  • You need someone else to own it. You’ll be the person your team asks. That’s the upside and the cost.

What happens when you join

There’s no orientation module. You pick one tool and you build it.

  1. 01

Pick one use case. One calculator, one selector, one demo — the one you already wish existed.

  2. 02

Open the playbook and plan it. Inputs, outputs, constraints, edge cases. Twenty minutes, no code yet.

  3. 03

Build it with the template pack and the reusable prompts. A level-1 tool takes about an hour.

  4. 04

Test it and tighten the edges. You’re done when it does its one job and nothing else.

  5. 05

Deploy on MicroApp.live and send the link. Hosting is free. Then find out whether anyone actually uses it.

You’ll know it worked when someone asks you to send that link again.

→ stuck on any step? post it in daily qa.

→ bring the ugly version to the weekly call and we’ll go through it live.

→ then move to level 2/3 when you need automation, an ai backend, or user accounts.

Eight dollars, and both sides of the math

No countdown on this page. There’s a subtraction, and it’s already running.

Here’s the deal. It’s $8 a month.

That’s the price, that’s the whole price, and there’s a free trial button on the page so you can look around before you pay anything at all.

$8 a month is $96 for the year. Your first tool takes about an hour to build.

Build six tools this year and you paid $16 a tool. Build one, and you paid $96 for the thing you’ve been waiting on all year.

If you already pay for ChatGPT Plus, this is less than half of that.

why it’s this cheap, since you were about to ask

There were 25 of us in there when I wrote this. That’s the actual reason.

I’m not running a launch. I’d rather have a small room that ships every month than a thousand people who joined on a Tuesday and forgot the password by Friday.

Building your tool with my own hands costs me a day, and I bill days like that to companies including Europcar and Grundfos. That work pays my bills. This doesn’t. What I get out of $8 is a room full of people using the templates in ways I didn’t plan, and apps landing on MicroApp.live.

So it isn’t a discount and it isn’t the front end of something. Levels 2 and 3 are in the same $8. There’s no second product waiting for you.

I’m also not telling you the price goes up, because I don’t know that. It’s what a young room is worth today.

your side, on paper, in ten seconds

Write down what one hour of your time costs your employer.

If that number is $50, the whole year here costs you less than two hours of you.

Now count the tools you’d build. One calculator, one selector, one demo per big deal — be honest about it.

Six of those is $16 each, and about an hour of your time each after the first one. That’s the denominator people forget.

If that math doesn’t work for you, don’t join. It’s the shortest decision on this page, and you can make it right now instead of on some other page.

[ $8/month = $96/year · ÷ 6 tools = $16 a tool · ~1 hour of your time each ]

$8 seems too cheap. what’s the catch?

The catch is that nobody builds it for you. You get the templates, the prompts, the call and the thread, and you still have to open the editor for an hour. That’s the whole catch and it’s in the price.

will this work if you’re not really a developer?

The level-1 build is browser-only. One file, no backend, no deploy pipeline. If you can write a clear spec, the templates cover the parts you’d get stuck on.

what if you get stuck at 11pm on a tuesday?

You post it in the QA thread. One person answers that thread and it’s me, by name, in the offer. Then you bring the ugly version to the weekly call and we go through it live.

what if you build it and nobody uses it?

Then you learned that in about an hour instead of after a six-month sprint. That’s the actual point of level 1.

the worst case, written out

Start on the free trial. You pay nothing to get in and read the playbook.

If you stay, it’s $8 a month, and there’s a 30-day money-back guarantee sitting behind that. No proof you shipped. No attendance check. No form asking why.

Here’s what leaving doesn’t do. It doesn’t take the template pack out of your downloads. It doesn’t take the prompts, the n8n scripts, or the VPS guide.

And it doesn’t pull your app off MicroApp.live. Hosting there is free and needs no membership, so your link keeps working after you’re gone.

So the worst case is this: you pay nothing, you keep a working tool, and it stays live at an address you can send to a customer.

I know how that reads. Somebody will trial it, take the pack, ship one app and never pay me a dollar.

At $8 I’d rather that than argue with you about a refund. That’s the trade I picked, on purpose.

the only thing worth knowing about the 30 days

They start when you start paying, not when you finally open the editor.

Build in week one and you’re deciding on day 2, with a working tool in your hands and 28 days of window left. Stall a month and you’re judging something you never tried.

the clock that’s already running

[ one person answers the qa thread · one support call per week · it does not re-run ]

There’s no timer on this page and no seat cap. I’d have to make both of those up.

Here’s the real one. One person answers the daily QA thread, and it’s me, by name, in the offer. There’s one support call a week, not one per member.

There were 25 of us when I wrote this. Right now you can post a half-finished app and get the founder on it the same way you’d text a friend.

That ratio only moves one way. I won’t pretend I know when it breaks — but earlier is better, and that’s arithmetic, not pressure.

The call also already happened this week. If you weren’t in it, you didn’t get it, and I can’t re-run it for you.

Meanwhile the ticket at your own company hasn’t moved in a year. It won’t move while you think about this either.

Please don’t join if you’re not going to build something in your first week. You’ll cancel in the trial, and you’ll be right to.

If it’s not for you there’s a 30-day money-back guarantee, with no proof of shipping and no attendance check, and the pack, the prompts and your live app stay yours either way. $96 for the year.
