I implement AI in small and mid-size businesses, and sometimes in much larger ones, including Europcar and Grundfos. The rule that matters most: a thorough process description before any AI.

I run an AI and automation agency with subscription clients. The agents taught inside AI Workforce Club run my own company's receipts, reports, content, and scheduled work.

How Hans implements AI in companies

Start with one person's repetitive digital task, not an organisation-wide programme. Then follow the same four steps every time. Consulting is arranged by email; this website sells the club.

Hackathon

A recorded workshop of one to four hours with the people who know the process, the people we want to relieve, and someone from IT.

PRD, written live

An AI agent builds the Product Requirements Document while we talk and asks the questions we would otherwise forget.

Version 1, built by an agent

From the PRD an agent builds the first working version: an app, an AI operating system, a web app, or an interface.

Adoption, then iteration

The only result that counts is use. Real use produces the feedback that shapes version 2. Often the pilot is the product.
